Evan Whittier has been immersed in the world of real estate from a young age, gaining invaluable experience and insight along the way. As a native of the St. Louis metro area, Evan has a deep connection to the community and a keen understanding of the local market. He studied business at Southeast Missouri State and is dedicated to continuing the Whittier legacy. Recently married to his wife Sarah, he enjoys horseback riding, rock climbing, traveling, and reading.

Meredith is a passionate Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination. Born and raised in the St. Louis metropolitan area, she knows every neighborhood like the back of her hand. Meredith has a heart for the community, loves volunteer work, and brings a warm, friendly approach to every client relationship. She resides in St. Charles County with her husband, two boys, and dogs. Her background in business gives her the skills to manage any challenge that arises in a transaction.

Laura has been a producing licensed Realtor since 2006, serving St. Louis, St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties. She rehabbed her first home at 22, making real estate a lifelong passion. A Fontbonne University graduate, she is a member of NAR, MAR, and SCAR. Laura specializes in new construction, investment properties, and home design — her negotiation skills consistently help buyers and sellers achieve the best price for the current market.

Adrijana was raised in Sarajevo and speaks fluent Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, German, and English — making her an invaluable resource for international buyers. She came to the U.S. in 1996 and has called St. Louis home since 1999. With licenses in both Missouri and Florida, she brings extensive experience in West County and South County residential real estate, new construction, FSBOs, and investment properties.

Shanna is a self-professed serial entrepreneur with degrees in Business and Marketing from UM-St. Louis. A St. Charles County resident since 1989, she has owned businesses ranging from a pharmacy to a paint-and-sip studio — and now a real estate investment firm specializing in short-term rentals and rehabs. Past Chairman of 3 local Chambers of Commerce, Shanna brings an extraordinary network and a genuine love for helping clients find the perfect home.

Tonya is a full-time licensed Realtor serving St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, and Lincoln Counties. A Wentzville resident of 25 years, she thrives on helping clients find or build their dream home. Her extreme attention to detail, innate communication skills, and extensive knowledge of new home construction make her the perfect guide through any real estate journey.
