Equal Housing Opportunity

Missouri Fair Housing Law
In addition to federal protections, the Missouri Human Rights Act prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability, and familial status. St. Louis City and County extend these protections further to include sexual orientation, gender identity, and source of income in certain circumstances.
